摘　　要：利用UG软件进行车架零件的CAD建模,采用构件装配方法建立车架三维模型;通过UG输出接口,将三维模型转化为Parasolid格式,结合ANSYS分析工具建立HFC6100KY客车底盘车架的有限元模型,并对该车架进行静态工况计算及动态分析;指出该车架在设计中可能存在的问题,针对该问题给出改进方案;通过分析比较,说明改进方案的有效性和合理性。The 3D parts of HFC6100KY bus chassis frame are designed by using the UG program, then the 3D solid model of the frame is established. Through the output interface of UG,the CAD solid model is transformed into the finite element model, and the finite element analysis（FEA） model of the HFC6100KY frame is built. The FEA of the frame under static and dynamic working conditions is carried out and the problems in the frame design are pointed out. The modification design of the frame is presented ,and its validity and rationality are illustrated.
