摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对现代高校体育教学特征进行了分析,揭示了高校创新型体育教师的知识和能力结构,并对其培养途径进行了分析与探讨。Taking the cultivation approaches of knowledge and ability of innovative P.E. teachers in the institutes and universities as object of study, applying the methods of documentation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, on the basis of overall analyzing the characteristics of contemporary college P.E. teaching, to explain the knowledge and ability structure of innovative college P.E. teachers and analysis and discussion were given to its cultivation approaches as well.
