摘　　要：鸭疫里默氏菌病是感染家鸭、火鸡和多种其他鸟类的一种接触性传染病.该病主要侵害2周龄～3周龄的雏鸭,经呼吸道、消化道及损伤的脚蹼等途径感染,呈现纤维素性心包炎、肝周炎、气囊炎、脑膜炎、干酪样输卵管炎等病理变化.目前已成功地研制出灭活疫苗、弱毒疫苗和亚单位疫苗来控制此病.文章综述了近年来鸭疫里默氏菌病的病原学,流行病学,病理学,临床诊断,防治及分子生物学等方面的研究进展.Riemerellosis anatipestifer is a contagious disease of demestic ducks, turkeys and various other birds, causing the highest mortality in 2-3-week-old ducklings. The infections take place via the respiratory tract,digestive tarct or wounds of foot pad, characterized by fibrinous pericarditis, perihepatitis,airsacculitis,caseous salpingitis and meningitis. The disease can be controlled through immunization with inactivative,attenuated and subunit vaccines. This paper reviews the recent progress in research on etiology,epizootiology, pathology, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and molecular biology.
