摘　　要：目的探讨外固定架治疗股骨髁上、髁间开放性粉碎性骨折的安全性和有效性.方法19例骨股髁上、髁间开放性粉碎性骨折患者行外固定架治疗,男14例,女5例,平均年龄36.7岁,根据AD/ASIF骨折分类,A3型4例,C2型5例,C3型10例.结果平均随访时间36.8个月,16例骨折平均15.3周愈合,1例ⅢA型骨折发生深部感染、骨不连.在最后的随访中膝关节活动度平均102°(40°～135°).结论用外固定架治疗股骨髁上、髁间开放性粉碎性骨折是安全的、有效的.Objective To study the safety and effectiveness of external fixator for the treatment of open and comminuted supracondylar and intercondylar fractures of the femur. Methods 19 patients with open and comminuted supracondylar and intercondylar fractures of the femur were treated with external fixator, there were 14 men and 5 women with a mean age of 36. 7 years, there were 4 type -A3, 5 type - C2 and 10 type - C3. Results Average follow - up time was 36.8 months, most fractures （ 16 cases） united at a mean 15.3 weeks,one patient with a type - ⅢA fracture had deep infection and nonunion. Conclusion External fixator is safe and effective in the treatment of open and comminuted supracondylar and intercondylar fractures of femur.
