摘　　要：从分析大型皮带输送机对现代控制系统的要求入手,制定出以可编程控制器为控制核心、微型计算机为上位机,传感器为现场技术参数检测元件、机械电子式软启动装置为实现装置的机电一体化控制方案。在此基础上对该系统进行了软、硬件的设计。Based on modern control system of belt conveyor,a control program for conveyor is designed, which use PLC as core,micro-computer as remote computer, sensor as live parameter check, mechanical electronic soft start system as execution mechanism. The design of the software and hardware of this system is also introduced in the paper.
