摘　　要：随着计算机技术的飞速发展,计算机模拟技术越来越多地应用到金属塑性成形领域,这不但可以降低设计成本,还有助于人们对成形过程进行深入了解。应用大型非线性有限元软件Msc.Marc对齿轮镦挤成形过程进行数值模拟,并对计算结果进行简单的分析,可以为设计人员提供设计参考。With the rapid development of computer technics ,computer designing is used more and more in the field of metal forming.It is helpful to lower product cost as well as people＇s further understanding about the forming process of metals. This text uses Msc. Marc to do numerical simulation of the forming process of gear,and has a simple analysis on the results. This may be helpful to our designers.
