摘  要:根据江汉油田的地质特点,指出采用欠平衡钻井所面临的技术难点。针对这些技术难点给出了解决的办法:①确定地层压力,②确定高压低渗油藏钻井液体系,③确定高压低渗地层的欠压值;给出了欠压值的控制工艺。在拖市地区采用高压型旋转控制头进行了液相欠平衡钻井技术应用,解决了高压、低渗油藏欠平衡钻井存在的一系列技术难题,大幅度提高了该地区钻井速度,并形成了一套适合江汉油田地质特点的欠平衡钻井技术。Based on the geologic characters in Jianghan Oilfield, the technical problems in underbalanced well drilling are pointed out. In consideration of the difficulties, solution are provided, which includes that formation pressure is determined, the drilling fluid system is established for drilling in high pressure and low permeability reservoirs, the underbalanced pressure rate is determined for high pressure and low permeability reservoirs and the control process for the underbalanced pressure rate is provided. In Tuoshi Area, a high pressure and swivel control head is used for the underbalanced drilling, by which the technical problems of underbalanced drilling in high pressure and low permeability reservoirs are solved, the drilling velocity in the area is enhanced greatly, and a set of drilling techniques suitable for the geologic condition in Jianghan Oilfield are established.
