摘 要:为了确保稠油出砂水平井的正常生产,引进金属毡滤砂管防砂工艺。该工艺以高强度不锈钢金属毡为主要滤砂材料,采用镶嵌式结构,运用滤砂管防砂原理,对流入水平井内的液体进行分级过滤,将一定粒径范围内的地层砂阻挡在滤砂管周围,形成稳定砂桥,有效的减缓了流体进井压力,达到防砂稳产的目的。在临盘油田的田18-平3井进行矿场试验,油井供液良好,产量稳定,见到了明显的效果。In order to ensure the normal production in viscous oil and sand production horizontal wells, a metal-felt sand screening liner is introduced for sand control, in which high strength stainless steel is used as a major sand screening material, an embedded structure and the principle of sand control with a screening liner are used, the fluids flowing into the horizontal well are graded and filtered, by which the sands of certain particle size are stopped outside the sand screening liner and formed a stable sand bridge, the fluid entering pressure is effectively reduced for the purpose of sand control and stabilized production. A field test is performed on Well Tian 18-Ping3 in Linpan Oilfield, in which fluid supply is proper, production is stable, evident economic efficiency is achieved. The metal-felt sand screening liner has wide prospects for sand control in viscous oil horizontal wells.
