摘　　要：长距离输气管道工程的经济评价,首先要根据具体的工作量和项目概况,按照投资估算的编制要求和项目的资金筹措情况,估算出项目的总投资;然后根据项目的输气规模,通过成本分析,按照国家财务制度的规定,测算出输气管道的营运收入,进行财务指标分析;最后进行项目投资可行性的总体评价。For a project economic evaluation of long-distance gas pipeline, the total investment shall be astimated first based on concrete working and project situation, the requirements for the investment astimation and as well as preparation of finance for the project, and then the income of gas pipeline operation is predicted and the index of finance is analyzed on the basis of its scale through its cost analysis according to the national financial system; and eventually an integral evaluation is made on the project investment.
