摘  要:以非晶态镍铜磷复合化学镀层作为防腐镀层,对采用先镀后胀再镀和先胀后镀2种加工工艺的肋片管式冷凝换热器进行了换热性能实验研究。采用先镀后胀再镀加工工艺,不仅解决了肋片管式冷凝换热器肋基处易腐蚀问题,而且明显降低了肋基处肋片与肋管的接触热阻,增强了换热器的换热性能。根据实验研究结果拟合出了肋片管式冷凝换热器烟气强迫对流凝结换热的实验关联式。Applying amorphous Ni-Cu-P composite electroless plating as anticorrosion plating, the heat transfer performance of the fin-tube condensing heat exchanger processed by the plating-expandingplating technology and the expanding-plating technology is experimentally studied. The application of the first technology can resolve the problem that the fin-root is easy to corrode, effectively reduce the contact heat resistance between the fin-root and the tube, and enhance the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger. The experimental correlations for the forced convection-condensation heat transfer of flue gas in the heat exchanger are obtained by the experimental study result.
