前列腺素E_1对内毒素所致家兔急性肺损伤保护作用的实验研究

摘　　要：本实验以一次性静注大肠杆菌内毒素（７００ｇ／ｋｇ）方法复制家兔急性肺损伤模型，观察到内毒素发病组肺内粒细胞扣押，微循环障碍，内皮和上皮细胞受损等肺组织受损改变。前列腺素Ｅ１（ＰＧＥ１）治疗组肺组织病理学改变明显轻于发病组，证实ＰＧＥ１对内毒素所致的家兔急性肺损伤具有一定保护作用。A model of acute lung injury was successfully reproduced by intravenous injection of E coliendotoxin(700g/kg) to rabbits. It has been found that there was a series of changes in the lungs in group8, such as granulocyte seguestration , disturbance in pulmonary microcirculaion , injury of epithelial andendothelial cells and so forth. The pathological changes in the lungs of group C were sigiuf1cantly lighterthan those in group B. It was thobviouslyus proved that prostaglandin E1 has some protective effects on a-cute lung injury induced by E coli endotoxin in rabbits.
