摘　　要：分析了左右两个固定块的形状特点，介绍了固定块压铸模的结构，阐述了抽芯结构的确定，滑块结构的改进及斜导柱长度的重新计算。解决了由于定模和动模斜面相接所带来的动模出现虚尖的问题。Through an analysis of the shape features of double left and right fixed blocks, the structure of the die-casting die for the fixed block was introduced,and the determination of the core-pulling structure was made, the improvement of sliding block sttructure and calculation for the length of slanted pollars were also done. This resolved the problem of an acute angle which exists in moving plate while the fixed plate is connecting with the moving plate.
