摘  要:对同种带瓣主动脉的取材、处理、保存进行了研究,建立了梯度降温的计算机程序,通过组织学及超微结构观察,组织机械抗张强度测试,证实抗生素灭菌,深低温保存方法可以较好地保持同种移植物的生理特性,保持纤维组织及成纤维细胞的结构完整,保持组织机械抗张强度。It has been generally recognized that the use of aortic valved homograft in complicated con-genital heart diseaes usually gave good clinical results. Endocarditis, hemolysis and other complicationwere seldom seen. Calcification and tear were obviously decreased. We have made researches on collec-tion , processing and preservation of aortic valved hOmograft, and established computer programmablefreezing. The results of studies on tissue structure, ultrastructure and tensile properties confirmed thatantibiotic sterilization and deep hypothermic preservation could preserve the physical nature, tissue struc-ture and tensile strength Of aortic valved homograft fairly well.
