摘　　要：简要介绍了高频直缝焊管内毛刺的形成和清除方法。从内毛刺清除装置的装备水平,高频直缝焊管的成型焊接质量,操作人员的技术水平等3个方面入手,分析了影响内毛刺清除质量的因素。根据生产实践提出了相应的对策。Briefed in the article are the inner burr formation of and the burring method for the hi-frequency straight welded tube. The 3 key elements as responsible for the burring quality are analyzed, including the technical level of the burring equipment, the welding quality of the tube as well as the operator competence. Addressing the actual production circumstances, countermeasures are proposed.
