摘  要:介绍了天津钢管集团有限公司装卸钢管和废钢用进口电磁吊车采用频率继电器SF1-LS304的功能原理和输出特性以及常见故障。探讨了装卸废钢用进口电磁吊车采用频率继电器检测绕线式异步电机转子频率,进行“反向制动电流”控制,“超同步速度降落”和“阻止再提升”控制的预防性保护方案。Briefed in the paper are imported electromagnetic lifers for tube/scrap steel handling of Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corporation, focusing on the work principle and output characteristics of the lifer-employed SF1- LS304 frequency relay and common failures thereof. Also discussed are the proposed preventative measure involving employment of the frequency relay to check the rotor frequency of the scrap steel-handling lifter' s woundrotor asynchronous motor to prevent the lifter from failures by means of "reversed braking current" control, "lowering with extra-synchronous speed" as well as "stopping re-lifting" .
