腹膜透析患者C-反应蛋白水平与心室结构的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜透析患者C-反应蛋白水平与心室结构的关系。方法选择我院透析中心稳定的持续性不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者36例,检测其血C-反应蛋白(CRP),并用二维彩色心动图测定心脏左心房前后径(LAD)、左心室前后径(LVD)、室间隔厚度(IVST)及左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT)。根据CRP水平为升高组(CRP>10mg/L)及正常组(CRP≤10mg/L),观察CRP水平与心室结构之间的关系。结果升高组LAD、LVD、IVST、LVPWT均大于正常组,两组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。血CRP水平与LAD、LVD、LVPWT呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血CRP水平可以用来评价心室肥厚情况。Objective To investigate serum C-reactive protein（CRP） level and its correlation with heart structure in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods This study included 36 clinically stable continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis （CAPD） patients who were followedup in our dialysis center. The serum levels of CRP were determined. The left atrial diameter （LAD）, left ventricular diameter（LVD）, interventricular septum thickness（IVST） and left vehtricular posterior wall thickness（LVPWT） were measured by echocardiography. These patients were divided into elevated CRP group（CRP〉 10mg /L） and normal CRP group（CRP〈 10mg/L）. The associations between CRP and heart structure were analyzed respectively. Rosults The LAD、LVD, IVST and LVPWT in elevated CRP group were bigger than that in normal CRP group （P〈 0.05）. There were positive relationship between CRP and LAD , LVD, LVPWT respectively（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Blood CRP can reflect ventricular hypertrophy in peritoneal dialysis patients.
