摘  要:为了解我市免疫规划实施工作中人力资源配置的实际情况,探讨对人力资源的合理性配置,我们对惠州市内95间接种门诊进行了专项人力资源状况调查。结果显示,我市的免疫规划实施工作中人力资源配置在人均服务面积、接种频次、经济收入等方面均有相当大的差别。如果不能将有限的政府资源合理配置,势必影响我市免疫规划项目的实施。This is to understand the actual situation of human resources allocation in the area of immunization program implementation in Huizhou city and discuss the reasonability of human resources allocation. A survey on specific human resources allocation was conducted in 95 immunization outpatient clinics in Huizhou city. The results showed that there were great differences among various districts in service area coverage per person, immunization service frequency, and income in the area of immunization program implementation. The unreasonable allocation of limited resources may affect the implementation of immunization program in the city.
