鸡矢藤注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨鸡矢藤注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疼痛的优越性。方法67例糖尿病周围神经病变疼痛患者,随机分为治疗组34例(给予鸡矢藤注射液),对照组33例(给予曲马多注射液),观察起效时间、镇痛持续时间、不良反应。结果鸡矢藤与曲马多注射剂相比,均能够明显缓解疼痛,(p>0.05)起效时间慢(43.18±10.78)分钟,(p<0.001)持续时间长(363.06±67.72)分钟,(p<0.001)出现不良反应4例。结论鸡矢藤注射液可明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变疼痛症状,持续时间较长,无耐药性,副作用少。Objective To discuss the superiority of the injection of Paederiae （IP） in the peripheral nerve pathological changes of diabetic, comparing IP with other anodyne. Methods A randomized bind controlled clinic trial was performed. A total of 67 patients were randomly divided into therapy group （n=34） and control group（n=33）They were received intramascular injection of Ip or injection of rramadol （IT） The initiated time, pain relaxed duration and ratio of the badness reaction were estimated after intramascular injection. Results IP compared with IT relaxed duration was more lasting（363.06±67.72）min, （p〈0.001） there were 4 case of the dazed, sleeping, phrenitis, the ratio is 10,8%. Conclusion The injection of Paederiae has perfect effects on pain, and ameliorate obviously the pain produced by the peripheral nerve pathological changes of diabetic, the ease pain times were long ,no addiction, no enduring, it can be used repeatly and continuously.
