广东地区38家医院2001～2003年心血管类口服西药应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东地区医院心血管类口服西药应用情况,探讨临床用药特点及趋势。方法对广东地区有代表性的38家医院2001～2003年使用的心血管类口服西药用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用进行统计分析。结果与结论2001～2003年心血管药物总金额呈逐年上升趋势,口服西药占总金额的比例变化不大;用药金额最大的为氨氯地平;日均费用最高的为非洛地平和辛伐他汀;国产心血管类药物消耗金额呈逐年上升趋势,应用前景开阔。objective To analyze the situation of cardiovascular drugs For oral administration used in the hospitals of Guangdong district. Methods To investigate cardiovascular drugs for oral administration used during the past three years in aspect of the sum of money of consumption, DDDs, and daily cost. Results The consumption sum of cardiovascular drugs for oral administration used during the period of 2001-2003 showed an increasing tendency. Amlodipine tablet occupied the first place in the list of sum of money ,The daily cost of Felodipine And Simvastatin are higher than others. Conclusion The consumption of domestic cardiovascular drugs increased fast during 2001-2003, the prospects of these drugs will be wide and bright.
