摘　　要：目的探讨老年人短时间内血压变化的情况及临床意义。方法对2002年1月￣2004年4月666例门诊测量血压的老年人,采用调查形式在5分钟内测量3次,做有关分析。结果年龄60￣96岁,平均70.6岁;男∶女为1.6∶1;血压96￣230/56￣120mmHg,平均147.8/77.8mmHg;3次所测血压,第3次比第1次,收缩压下降人次占68.5%,升高占24.8%,总的变化率为93.3%,无变化人次占6.7%,收缩压波动值最高为40mmHg,舒张压波动值最高为26mmHg,5分钟内收缩压及舒张压变化以下降为主;收缩压及舒张压变化以6￣10mmHg范围为主;第3次与第1次相比,收缩压及舒张压平均差分别为9.3mmHg、5.3mmHg,均大于5mmHg,女性的收缩压及舒张压平均压差,均较男性为高,经t检验(t<1),P>0.05,无显著性意义。结论老年人短时间内自身调节血压的功能存在着一定变化空间,这个空间不论性别都是相同的,是给予药物康复时须考虑的因素。Objective To study the changes of blood pressure in old folks .Methods The study was to old folds measure blood pressure in outpatient of 666 cases from January 2002 to April 2004. They undertaken blood pressure measureing three-times in five minute. Results The old folds age was in six／ty to ninety-six years, average 70.6 years.Male and female ratio was1.6 ： 1.Blood pressure bound was in 96～230/56～120 mmHg, average 147.8/77.8 mmHg. In the three -time measure blood pressure,third and first ratio,SBP drop person-time is 68.5% of the cases,hoist person-time is 24.8% ,total change rate is 93.3% ,nothing change persion-time is 6.7% ,SBP wave value tiptop was 40mmHg.DBP drop person-time is 61/1% of the cases,hoist person-time is 19.1%,total change rate id 80.2% ,nothing change person-time is 19.8%,DBP wave cost tiptop was 26 mmHg.SBP and DBP change was drop give priority to in five minute.SBP and DBP change bound pressure,SBP and DBP average difference leave each other was 9.3 mmHg and 5.3mmHg, all big to 5 mmHg,SBP and DBP average difference of female and male ratio is higher.Gender was no marked difference in two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion It is concluded that self accommodate function of blood pressure in old folks was being roomage change of to a certainty in little,and this roomage is no correlation with gender.
