摘　　要：目的探讨多胎孕产妇剖宫产手术的护理要点。方法通过对多胎孕产妇实施相应的护理措施,包括术前访视,建立良好的护患关系,术中针对产妇的具体情况,进行个性化护理。结果术前护理准备充分,术中医护配合密切,围术期均未出现因护理不当或不及时而造成母婴发生意外的现象,母婴均平安出室。结论重视心理护理,遵循护理操作规程,做好个性化护理,可避免或减少意外和并发症的发生,确保手术的顺利进行,保障母婴平安出室。Objective To explore the nursing characteristics and countermeasures of cesarean section in multiple pregnant women. Methods The good nurse-patient relationship was established by preoperative visit . The individual and predictive nursing was performed according to the conditions of labor in the operation. Results No accident caused by incorrect or no timely nursing happened in mother and baby, they were all discharged safely.Conclusion Thinking highly of psychological nursing, knowing the condition of diseases before operation, doing well preoperative prepare and following the nursing principle can avoid or reduce the recurrence of accidence and complications, ensure the safety of mother and baby in the time of discharge.
