彩色多普勒超声引导自动活检术在甲状腺结节诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的评价彩色多普勒超声引导下应用自动活检术诊断甲状腺结节的价值。方法108例甲状腺结节患者在彩超引导下,使用自动活检装置获取组织行病理学检查,并将活检结果与病理检查结果进行比较。结果自动穿刺成功取材率为100%,自动活检病理诊断与术后病理结果比较,总符合率为95·37%。结论彩超引导自动活检术,操作简便、安全,并发症少,病理诊断准确性高,是一种穿刺活检的好方法。Objective To evaluate the value of the color ultrasound guiding automatic biopsy in diagnosing thyroidgl and nodes. Methods The thyroid gland nodes of 108 patients were punctured with automatic biopsy gun guided by the color ultrasound and compared with pathological examination. Results The thyroid gland nodes tissues of 108 patients were 100% acquired successfully and diagnosed by pathology. Compared with the results of postoperative pathology, the accuracy rate of automatic biopsy pathological diagnosis was 95.37%. Conclusion The automatic biopsy guided by the color ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid gland nodes has many advantages, such as simple and safe technique, accurate diagnosis and fewer complication. It is a good method of biopsy.
