摘　　要：近年来,中国金属铸件生产连年增长。现在可以说中国是世界铸造大国了,但是还远算不上是铸造强国。要建设铸造强国,中国铸造业不应当仅仅满足出口价廉物美的优质铸件,不应当仅仅给中国的设备制造业生产出所需的优质铸件,而且应该主动地与中国的设备制造业合作,参与设计,生产出设计更合理,外形更优美,质量更轻,性能更好,更耐用,价格更便宜的,有更高无形价值的高科技铸件,为建立中国自己自主知识产权,发展中国自己的名牌机械产品,为提高中国机械设备制造的水平,为使中国成为制造业强国努力。In recent years metal casting production of China has been increased continuously. Now China becomes a big casting producer but is not a developed casting producer yet. To be a developed casting producer China needs not only supply good castings to her OEM （original equipment manufactures）, export cheap and good quality castings, but also needs more actively to join in casting design with her OEM and produce superior designed high-tech and more intangible value added castings with good appearance, weight reduction, better properties, better service life and total cost reduction. Chinese foundry industry needs work hard together with OEM to develop China＇s ownership of intellectual property, her own famous names of equipment to make China become a developed country in manufacture industry.
