摘　　要：铸造带槽轧辊的冷却速度因其制造方法不同而各异。冷却速度直接影响轧辊的辊身硬度落差。轧辊硬度落差大、小则直接影响其耐磨性和耐用性。对制造方法与冷却条件的关系、冷却条件与硬度落差的关系、制造方法与轧辊耐磨性的关系进行了分析。Cooling rate of the cast rollers with grooves depends on their manufacture processes, and cooling rate would influence the hardness drop of the roller body which would influence the wear resistance and working life of the roller. The relationships between manufacture process and cooling condition, between cooling condition and hardness drop, between manufacture process and wear resistance of the roller was analyzed.
