摘　　要：采用呋喃树脂自硬砂脱箱造型法制作单个型块,然后将多个具有共用一个浇注系统的型块组装在一起进行浇注,可以简化模具,节约用砂,提高生产率。Snap flask molding was adopted to make mold-bricks with furan self-setting sand, then several mold bricks which have a common pouring system were assembled into one multiple-cavity mold, and were poured together. It is possible, by using such casting method, to simplify pattern equipments, save furan sand and increase productivity.
