三项肾脏早期损害指标的联合分析对早期糖尿病肾病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病患者尿白蛋白(Alb)、2β微球蛋白(2β-m)及Tamm-Horsfall蛋白(T-H蛋白)的变化对糖尿病肾病早期的诊断价值。方法:采用放射免疫法检测了52例糖尿病病人和38名正常人尿Alb、2β-m及T-H蛋白含量。结果:糖尿病患者尿Alb、2β-m高于正常人(P<0.05),T-H蛋白低于正常人(P<0.05)。随病变进展尿蛋白的异常改变更趋显著。结论:检测糖尿病病人尿Alb、2β-m及T-H蛋白有助于早期诊断肾脏病变的部位及病变程度。Objective To explore Diagnositic significance of variance of urinary Alb, β2-m and T-H protein to primeval diabetic nephropathy. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to assay urinary Alb, β2-m and T-H protein of fifty-two diabetic and fifty healthy subjects. Results Urinary Alb, β2-m and T-H protein of diabetic were higher than that of healthy subjects （P＜0.05）, but T-H protein was lower （P＜0.05）. The situation was more apparent along with the progress of diabetes mellitus. Conclusion Combined assay of urinary Alb, β2-m and T-H protein was conducive to diagnosing diabetic nephropathy earlier.
