基层医院应用MEBT/MEBO治疗33例重度烧伤病人分析

摘　　要：目的:在基层医院应用湿性医疗技术治疗重度烧伤的救治体会。方法:33例重度烧伤病人全程应用湿性医疗技术。结果:33例病人创面全部愈合,没有一例植皮。创面最长愈合时间60天,均达到生理愈合,无畸形,无功能障碍。结论:MEBT/MEBO可作为有效的烧伤治疗方法服务于基层烧伤患者。Objective： To surn up experience in treating severe burn patients in grass-root hospitals with MEBT/MEBO. Method： 33 cases of severe burn were treated in the whole course with MEBT/MEBO. Result： All the patients were cured. No skin grafting was needed. The longest wound healing time was 60 days. All the wounds healed physiologically. No deformation and dysfunction happened. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO is very effcacious to be applied in grass-root units.
