电脑中频联合疤痕平防治瘢痕增生的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察应用电脑中频联合美宝疤痕平治疗瘢痕增生的临床疗效。方法:选择烧伤创面愈合后的患者25例,共70处增殖性瘢痕,随机分组,观察组用电脑中频加疤痕平治疗,对照组仅用疤痕平治疗,观察治疗6个月后的疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率为93.3%,对照组的有效率为72.5%,两组之间差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:用电脑中频联合美宝疤痕平治疗烧伤后瘢痕增生,比单纯用美宝疤痕平治疗效果更好。Objective： To observe the efficacy of intermediate frequency in association with MEBO Scar Lotion in treating and preventing hyperplastic scar. Method： 25 cases with hyperplastic scars in 70 positions were divided randomly into 2 groups. In treatment group. intermediate frequency in association with MEBO Scar Lotion was applied, while in control group, MEBO Scar Lotion was applied alone. After 6 months of treatment, the effcacy of the 2 groups was compared. Result： In treatment group, the effective rate was 93.3% and in control group 72.5%. The difference between the 2 groups was significant. Conclusion： It is better to treat hyperplastic scar with intermediate frequency in association with MEBO Scar Lotion than with MEBO Scar Lotion alone.
