摘　　要：目的:观察MEBO湿润烧伤膏纱条填充法治疗软组织深部创疡的疗效并探讨其机制。方法:比较83例用MEBO纱条和76例用凡士林纱条加庆大霉素治疗软组织深部创疡疗效。结果:MEBO组在平均治疗次数、治愈率、止痛效果等方面明显好于对照组。结论:MEBO纱条填充法治疗软组织深部创疡疗效显著,方法简易,值得普及推广。Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO plugging method in treating deep ulcers in different positions. Method： 83 cases of this disease were treated with MEBO plugging method and 76 cases were treated with vasehne plugging method as a control. Result： In MEBO group, pain relieving and curative rate were significantly higher and treating time was shorter than that in control group. Condusion： MEBO plugging method has very good efficacy. It is easy and simple to apply and is worthy to be popularized in grass-root medical units.
