摘　　要：从地质灾害的理论分析基础上,对突发性地质灾害进行了研究,阐述了突发性地灾的预报方法和类型,提出了地灾风险评估的内容和评价模型,并提出了地质灾害的减灾系统,和防治工作的方针及具体的地灾防治方法。Based on geologic hazard theoretical analysis, the authors studied outburst geologic hazards. The paper set forth predicting methods and types of outburst geologic hazards, put forward risk assessment contents and evaluation module, mitigation system, control policy and concrete geologic hazard prevention and harnessing methods.
