摘  要:用免疫组织化学PAP法,在相邻切片上分别显示生后不同时间大鼠胰岛内胰岛淀粉样多肽免疫反应(IAPP-IR)细胞和胰岛素免疫反应(Ins-IR)细胞,对胰岛内IAPP-IR和Ins-IR细胞的数密度(Nv)进行了形态计量学研究。结果表明,IAPP-IR细胞的Nv在生后1d较低,以后逐渐升高,至18d时出现高峰,以后渐降低,45d后趋于稳定。Ins-IR细胞的Nv始终较IAPP-IR细胞的Nv低,但两者在生后不同时期的变化基本呈平行关系,唯有18d时IAPP-IR细胞的Nv较Ins-IR细胞的Nv明显升高(p<0.01)。免疫组织化学法在相邻切片分别显示IAPP-IR和生长抑素免疫反应(SS-IR)细胞证明,IAPP也存在于一部分D细胞内。本研究用形态计量学方法证明了在生后发育期间IAPP与Ins在B细胞内共存,两者表达呈平行关系。同时还证明了IAPP与SS在一部分D细胞内共存。本文对上述结果的意义进行了讨论。Immunohistochemical PAP method was used to show islet amyloid polypeptide (IAPP)- and insulin (Ins)-immunoreactive (IR) cells in islets of postnatal rats on adjacent sections,and the numerical density (Nv) of the islet IAPP- and Ins-IR cells at the different period was measured. The results showed that the Nv of the IAPP-IR cells was low on the 1st day after birth and increased afterwards, the peak occurred on the 18th day,and then decreased gradually and tended to be stable after postnatal 45 days. The Nv of the Ins-IR cells was always lower than that of the IAPP-IR cells,and its changes were parallel to those of the IAPP-IR cells. However the Nv of the IAPP-IR cells was apparently higher than that of the Ins-IR cells on the 18th day (P<0. 01) postnatally. The adjacent sections showing IAPP-IR and SST-IR cells indicated that I APP also presented in some D cells. The above results proved that I APP coexisted not only with Ins in islet B cells, but also with SS in some islet D cells during postnatal development of rats.
