摘  要:用透射电镜对正常和镉处理后金黄地鼠甲状旁腺主细胞的内质网,进行了形态学观察。结果表明:镉处理1个月后,在甲状旁腺主细胞内,见有扩张的和呈环状排列的粗面内质网;镉处理3和6个月后,甲状旁腺主细胞内见有膜性同心层状小体和成对内质网。对镉处理后内质网形态改变的机理,及其可能的细胞效应,进行了讨论。With transmission electron microscopy,the endoplasmic reticulum of the parathyroid chief cells in normal and cadmium-treated golden hamsters was observed. After 1 month treatment of cadmium, there were dilated and whorl-shaped rough endoplasmic reticulum in the chief cells. After 3 and 6 months treatment of cadmium, there were concentric membranous body and paired endoplasmic reticulum in the chief cells. The mechanism responsible for the morphological change of the endoplasmic reticulum after cadmium treatment and the possible toxicologic effect were discussed.
