微波与激光配合干扰素治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的随机对比研究

摘　　要：目的:提高复发性尖锐湿疣的治愈率,减少再复发率。方法:将89例复发性尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为两组,微波治疗组46例,激光治疗组43例,术后配合全身应用干扰素治疗的疗效进行对比性研究,结果:微波治疗组治愈率100%,激光治疗组83.73%,两组比较有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论:对复发性尖锐湿疣患者应首选微波加干扰素治疗。Objective： To improve the healing rate and decrease the recurrence rate of recrudescent condyloma acuminatum. Method： 89 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly, the microwaves group （46 cases） and the laser group （ 43 patients）. Interferon were given after operation and a randomized controlled study between 2 groups were carried out. Result： ： Healing rate of the microwaves group were 100% and the laser group were 83.73% , Difference between 2 groups had statistically significance （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Microwaves combined with interferon is the first choice for the treatment of recrudescent condyloma acuminatum.
