多囊卵巢综合征患者血清TNF-α的检测及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征(Polycysticovarysyndrome,PCOS)血清肿瘤坏死因子(Tumornecrosisfactor,TNF)-α与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:采用放射免疫法检测30例PCOS患者及35例正常对照组血清TNF-α、促黄体生成素(LH)/促卵泡素(FSH)、睾酮(T)及空腹胰岛素,用氧化酶法检测血浆葡萄糖浓度。结果:PCOS组血清TNF-α水平、LH/FSH、T、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI(ln))均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血清TNF-α水平与IRI(ln)、LH/FSH、T呈显著正相关(r分别为0.57、0.47、0.65)。结论:TNF-α可能促进PCOS胰岛素抵抗的发生,两方面因素相互作用加重了PCOS的病理生理改变。Objective： In order to investigate the relationship between leptin and TNF - α and insulin resistance in polycystic ovary syndrome. Method： Blood samples for TNF - α,LH/FSH,testone,fasting insulin and glucose detection from 30 patients with PCOS and 35 cases as control group were analyzed by radioimmunoassay or oxidase test. It showed that serum TNF- α,LH/FSH ratio and IRI（In） in patients with PCOS were significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. TNF - α level was positively related with IRI （In） and LH/FSH （ r = 0. 57,0.47,0.65 ）. It was suggested that TNF - α accelerate insulin resistance , the interaction of two factors aggravate the change of pathophysiology in PCOS.
