摘　　要：目的:探讨大连海滨综合疗养对老年糖尿病患者的康复作用。方法:197例老年2型糖尿病患者分为2组,综合组101例采用规律饮食、自然疗养因子、药物、运动疗法、心理辅导和景观欣赏等综合治疗;对照组96例以膳食、药物及不规律的文体活动等治疗为主。观察治疗前后患者血糖、尿糖、临床症状、用药情况及血液流变学变化。结果:治疗4周后,2组患者与治疗前比较血糖、尿糖降低,自觉症状改善,用药量减少,血液粘度降低,血液高凝倾向纠正;2组间比较综合组各项指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:综合疗养对老年糖尿病患者的康复有显著的促进作用。Objective： To observe the rehabihtation ettect ot seaside comprehensive convalescence factors on the patients with aged diabetes. Methods： 197 cases were randomly divided into two groups： the integration group （n= 101） was treated with seaside comprehensive convalescence factors. And the control group（n= 96） received diet, medicine and irregular recreational activition, Before and after treatment, the changes of blood sugar, urine sugar, clinical symptom and hemorrheology were surveyed. Results： After treatment for 4 weeks, the blood sugar and urine sugar in the two groups were decreased, symptoms were improved, the dosage of drugs was reduced, and the blood viscosity was lowored. The effect of integration group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion1 The comprehensive convalesce has an excellent effect on the patients with aged diabetes.
