摘 要:对32例(8~28周)人胚胎肾进行光镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜观察。结果表明:胚胎肾小体的发育可分为原始期(ⅠS)、发育期(ⅡS)和成熟期(ⅢS)3个阶段。8周胚肾有少量ⅡS肾小体,并形成滤过膜的3层结构。20周胎儿肾内约30%肾小体达ⅢS。28周胎儿肾内约50%肾小体达ⅢS。肾小管的发育与所属肾小体的发育程度相应,可分为分化早期、发育期和成熟期3个阶段。8周胚肾可见少量发育期的近端小管和远端小管。12周胎儿肾内可见发育期髓袢细段。20周胎儿肾内成熟期肾小管数量增多。Thirty-two kidneys from human fetuses (8-28 weeks)were observed with transmission and scanning electron microscopy in order to interpret the development of the renal corpuscles and tubules in human kidney.The results showed that the renal corpuscles could be devided into primary stage(IS),developing stage (IIS)and mature stage (IIIS). In embryos aged 8 weeks,a few IIS corpuscles and three layers of the filtration barrier could be identified. In fetuses aged 20 weeks, 30 % corpuscles reached IIIS . and at 28 weeks, the percentage increased to 50%.The development of the renal tubules were consistent with that of the renal corpuscles. The tubules could be devided into early differentiation stage,developing stage and mature stage. In embryos aged 8 weeks, there were a few developing proxirnal and distal tubules. At 12 weeks,the thin segment could be observed. At 20 weeks,the number of the mature renal tubules increased.
