猫丘脑腹后内侧核的超微结构及突触联系

摘　　要：在电镜下对猫丘脑腹后内侧核内的超微结构及突触联系进行了观察.该核内的轴突终末主要有3种类型:(1)含有圆形小泡的小轴突终末;(2)含有圆形小泡的大轴突终末;(3)含有扁平小泡的轴突终末.该核内的树突主要为不含突触小泡的Ⅰ型树突,此外还可见到少量含有突触小泡的Ⅱ型树突. 丘脑腹后内侧核内以轴树突触居多,同时还存在少量轴体,树-树突触和轴-轴-树及轴-树-树连续性突触.此外,在该核内还存在大量以树突为中心的汇聚型突触复合体.The fine structure and synaptic relationship of the ventroposteromedial thalamic nuclei (VPM) were observed by electromicroscopy in 6 cats. Three kinds of axonal terminals were found in the VPM. small round vesicle-containing axonal terminals, large round vesicle-containing terminals and flat vesicle-containing terminals. Most of the dendrites in the VPM contained no synaptic vesicles while a few of them contained some sparse vesicles. Most of the synapses in the VPM were axo-dendritic ones. Occasionally, a few axo-somatic, dendro-dendritic, axo-axo -dendritic and axo-dendro-dendritic synapses could also be seen. Meanwhile, many convergent synaptic complexes were found in the VPM.
