儿童左心室心肌毛细血管密度的分层比较

摘　　要：应用碱性磷酸酶染色法对心肌毛细血管内皮染色,比较儿童左心室内、中、外三层心肌中毛细血管密度是否存在着差异.分别观察和测量了单位面积中毛细血管个数、毛细血管直径和毛细血管体积密度等项指标.对各测量值的方差分析表明,左心室三层心肌中毛细血管密度的差异无显著意义.对有关的生理及临床现象进行了讨论.The purpose of this study was to test transmural gradients of capillary density of children left ventricle. Histochemical method (alkline phosphatese stain) and morphometric method including stereological method were used. The results showed that| there were no significant differences of any observed values between different layers of the myocardium. The related physiological and clinical questions were discussed.
