摘  要:老年SD大鼠(24月龄)顶皮质切一宽2mm的冠状切口,用染色AChE纤维的组织化学方法分析术后1、2、3,4、5、8周切口嘴、尾侧区的胆硷能纤维的再生和抽芽状况.结果显示损伤后切口嘴侧纤维先轻度减少,然后迅速增加超过正常22.6%,并沿切口嘴侧缘形成密集的AChE阳性纤维丛;损伤后第1周切口尾侧纤维显著减少,相当于正常的22.3%,从第2周开始纤维数量逐渐增加,到8周时恢复到正常的82.7%;并发现少量纤维直接穿过切口进入尾侧区.提示老年哺乳类皮质胆硷能纤维有一定的再生和侧支抽芽能力.A 2 - mm coronal incision was made in the cerebral cortex of aged rats. The cholinergic axonal regeneration and sprouting were assessed by acetylcholinesterase histochemistry at 1,2, 3,4,5 and 8 weeks after the operation. In the area rostral to the incision cholinergic fibers reduced at first, and then increased quickly and exceeded over the normal level. A dense fiber plexus was observed along the wound margin in the area rostral to the incison. In caudal areas AChE-position fibers were reduced obviously at the first week but increased with time and a few fibers grew across the lesion. The results revealed that the cholinergic fibers in cerebral cortex of aged mammalian could regrow and spout after lesion.
