猫后索核-丘脑-皮质通路在丘脑水平的突触联系

摘  要:应用顺行溃变和HRP逆行追踪相结合的方法对猫内侧丘系与丘脑皮质投射神经元在丘脑腹后外侧核内的突触联系组合型式进行了研究.电损毁一侧后索核后将HRP注射于对侧皮质躯体感觉颈、躯干、四肢代表区,电镜下在注射区同侧的丘脑腹后外侧核内可见到下列七种突触形式;(1)溃变的内侧丘系轴突终末与HRP标记树突形成的轴-树突触,较多;(2)溃变的内侧丘系轴突终末与HRP标记的神经元胞体形成的轴-体突触,较少;(3)溃变的内侧丘系轴突终末与非HRP标记的树突形成的轴-树突触;(4)溃变的内侧丘系轴突终末与非溃变的轴突终末形成的轴-轴突触;(5)非HRP标记的突触前树突与HRP标记树突形成的树-树突触;(6)非溃变轴突终末与HRP标记树突形成的轴-树突触;(7)溃变的内侧丘系轴突终末及其它突触前成分与HRP标记的中央树突形成的汇聚型突触复合体.上述结果表明:猫后索核-丘脑-皮质通路在丘脑水平的直接单突触联系形式为轴-树和轴-体突触,除此以外还可能存在以中间神经元为中介的多突触联系.The synaptic connections between the medial lemniscus and the thalamocortical projecting neurons (TPN) were studied by using both anterograde degenerating and HRP retrograde tracing methods. After electrolytic lesion in the dorsal column nuclei and injection of HRP into the somatosensory areas of the neck, trunk and limbs(posterior sigmoid gyrus), seven types of synapses were observed in the ventroposterolateral thalamic nucleus (VPL) under electron microscope: (1) axo-dendritic synapses formed by degenerating axonal terminals (DT) and HRP labelled dendrites; (2) axo-somatic synapses by DT and HRP labelled neuronal bodies; (3) axo-dendritic synapses by DT and unlabelled dendrites; (4)axo - axonal synapses by DT and undegenerating axonal terminals; (5) dendro-dendritic synapses by unlabelled presynaptic dendrites and labelled dendrites; (6) axo -dendritic synapses by undergenerating axonal terminals and labelled dendrites and (7) synaptic complexes by DT, other presynaptic elements and the central labelled dendrties. The results demonstrated the synaptic relationships between the medial lemniscal terminals and TPN in the VPL of the cat.
