摘　　要：胎儿271例(胎龄13～36周),平均甲状腺重量0.5±0.3g,体积0.4±0.3cm^2.甲状腺重量与胎儿体重、甲状腺纵径与胎儿身长呈正相关关系,并随胎龄的增长而增加.文内还对甲状腺的形态、位置、重量、体积及不同胎龄甲状腺的徽细结构作了观察.Two hundred and seventy-one cases of fetuses aged 13 - 36 weeks were measured. The mean weight and volume of the thyroid gland were 0.5 ± 0.3 g and 0.4±0.3 cm3 respectively. The weight of the thyroid gland was positively correlated with body weight and the longitudinal diameter with body length, increasing with fetal age. The observations on the morphology, location, weight, volume and microscopic structure of the thyroid gland at different fetal age are discussed in the paper.
