摘 要:目的 沟通医患关系.提高患者对保健知识的知晓程度。方法 对聊天护士进行相关知识的培训.聊天护士利用空闲时间与患者聊天。制定保健知识的评分标准以评定聊天前、后对保健知识的知晓程度。结果 聊天前、后对保健知识的知晓半分别为60.0%和86.9%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 增强了患者的保健意识,促进护理模式的转变。Objective To link up relationship between doctors anti patients and to enhance understanding level of health cart, in patients. Method To train chatting nurse with related knowledge, the chatting nurse will chat with patients in free time. To fomulate standard of score in health care knowledge for evaluation of understanding level of health care knowledge before and after chat. Results Before and after chat, understanding level were 60%and 80% respectively, the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Consciousness of health care in patients are enhanced, change of nursing mode is promoted.
