摘 要:目的探讨Ru-Co/Ac催化剂对2-甲基吡啶的催化加氢性能。方法采用自制的Ru/Ac、Co/Ac、Ru-Co/Ac(Ac为活性炭)等单金属和双金属负载催化剂,研究了2-甲基吡啶的加氢活性,考察了反应条件对2-甲基吡啶加氢的影响。结果双金属Ru-Co/Ac催化剂对2-甲基吡啶有较高的加氢活性,在n(Ru+Co)/n底物=3/1000,120℃,3MPa条件下,加氢转化率可达75%,生成2-甲基哌啶的选择性为100%。结论①Ru与Co之间存在协同效应,Ru-Co/Ac双金属催化剂具有比Ru/Ac和Co/Ac单金属催化剂高的催化活性;②Ru-Co/Ac双金属催化剂对2-甲基吡啶的催化加氢具有很高的活性和选择性。Objective: To probe into the performances of Ru - Co/Ac catalyst for the hydrogenation of 2 - methylpyridine. Methods: Ru/Ac, Co/At, Ru - Co/At were prepared by impregnation method. And then the effect of reaction conditions on hydrogenation of pyridine was investigated. Results: It was shown that the catalytic activity of RuCo/At for the hydrogenation of 2 - methylpyridine was very high, under the reaction conditions of n(Ru+Co) : nsuhatrate = 3 : 1000 (mole ratio), 120℃, 3Mpa, the hydrogenation conversions of 2 - methylpyridine could reach 75 %. The selectivities for the formation of 2 - methylpiperidine were about 100%. Conclusions: ①The hydrogenation reactivity over the RuCo/Ac is higher than that of Ru/Ac and Co/Ac,which indicates the synergic effect between Ru and Co; ②Both the catalytic activity and the selectivity of Ru - Co/At catalyst for 2 - methylpyridine are very high.
