摘  要:选生后一周未睁眼Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为摘除右侧眼球、左侧眼球、双侧眼球及正常对照四组,各组10只.对胼胝体正中矢状断面的超微结构进行了研究.结果表明:1.胼胝体由有髓及无髓神经纤维组成;2.胼胝体各部均有轴-轴突触存在;3.胼胝体发育受视觉的影响.An investigation was made on at the ultrastructure of corpus callosum of forty wistar rats,which were randomly divided into four groups: the oculus dexter entracted, oculus sinister extracted,binoculus extracted, and control groups. The results were as follows: 1. Corpus callosum consists ofmyelinated and unmyelinated nerve fibers; 2. Axoaxonic synapses were seen at each part of corpuscallosum; 3. The development of corpus callosum was affected by vision.
