摘 要:用HRP逆行追踪术观察了大鼠下丘脑交叉上核的传出投射,并进一步通过HRP逆行追踪结合免疫组化的方法观察了交叉上核投射神经元的性质.结果表明:交叉上核有稀疏的投射分布到下丘脑前核前部、腹内侧核、背内侧核、室周核、背侧区、丘脑室旁核和带旁核.交叉上核投射的主要靶区是下丘脑室旁核下区和室旁核,交叉上核的加压素能和血管活性肠肽能神经元参与这一投射.另外,HRP逆行追踪表明除本实验所涉及的神经肽外,还有其他神经递质参与这一投射.文内还就交叉上核向下丘脑室旁核下区和室旁核的投射及其化学性质进行了讨论.The eferent, projections of the suprachiasmatic nucleus (Sch) in rat were examined by usingthe retrograde tracer HRP. SCh projection neurons were further investigated with a combinedretrograde tracer-immunohistochemical method. The results showed that SCh had sparse efferent fibers that projected to AHA, VMH, DMD, Pe, DA, PV and PT. The major terminal fieldsof SCh-derived VP and VIP were detected in the subparaventricular zone and Pa. In addition,HRP tracing indicated the existence of SCh projections which could not ascribed to one of thepresently investigated peptides. The possible functional role of the subparaventricular zone and Painnervated by SCh as well as their neurotransmitters was discussed.
