摘　　要：本文报道46例经心血管造影证实的三尖瓣闭锁,患者年龄从7天到9岁,平均3.3岁,其中5例为三尖瓣闭锁伴大动脉错位,本文重点讨论了三尖瓣闭锁的心血管造影技术及 Fontan 手术前造影诊断要点。作者认为肝锁位左室造影是三尖瓣闭锁心血管造影的最佳投照体位。Forty-six children with congenital tricuspid atresia including 5 associated with D-transposition of great arteries confirmed by angiocardiographies were reported.The age ranged from 7 days to 9 years(mean,3.3 years).The criteria of angiocardiographic technique and pre-operative diagnosis before Fontan's operation of this disrease were dis- cussed and put emphysis on the hepatic-clavicle view of left ventriculogram as the best posi- tion for projection.
