摘　　要：本文立足权力制约原则的必要性,并将这一原则运用于我国政党之间的监督制度中,从理论与现实的视角对开展党际监督的必要性和紧迫性进行了较为详尽的分析,指出党际监督的重要性及其对执政党自身建设的重大意义。并针对党际监督的现状不足与理论缺失,提出了若干制度建设的思路,以期为党际监督这一政治资源的开发贡献一二。This text has a foothold the necessity of power system invite principle,and apply this principle to our country＇s direct system along Parties.Based on the theories and realistic,the paper analysis detailed the necessity and urgent of Party 0uation Direct,And point out the importanle and the great significanle of it to the development of the Party.And the paper aimed at the present condition shortage and imperfa＇,ion of＇,heories ,put forward some ways of system development,
