摘 要:目的观察不同照射条件的低强度He-Ne激光照射对离体培养的小鼠皮肤成纤维细胞、骨髓细胞和胸腺细胞增殖的影响.方法采用MTT法检测不同照射强度和照射时间的低强度He-Ne激光对不同细胞增殖的影响.结果结果表明在(1.108~4.433)mW/cm2功率密度下照射2~5 min能促进皮肤成纤维细胞增殖,照射时间>5 min各功率密度的He-Ne激光均抑制其增殖;在此功率密度范围内照射2~20 min均促进骨髓细胞和胸腺细胞增殖;照射时间>60 min,骨髓细胞和胸腺细胞的生长明显受抑. 结论相同照射条件下低强度He-Ne激光促骨髓细胞和胸腺细胞增殖的程度较皮肤成纤维细胞高,而且皮肤成纤维细胞较另两种细胞更易于被抑制增殖.Objective To investigate effects of low intensity He-Ne laser irradiation on mouse skin fibroblasts, bone marrow hematopoietic cells and thymocytes in vitro. Methods MTT assay was used to examine the influences of different irradiation power density and irradiation time on the proliferation of cells. Results The result showed 2-5 min irradiation time promoted the proliferation of skin fibroblasts under 1. 108-4. 433 mW/cm^2 irradiation power density, and long irradiation time could inhibit skin cell proliferation. But 2-20 min irradiation time could promote the proliferation of marrow cells and thymocytes. However, proliferation could be inhibited if the irradiation time exceeded 60 min. Conclusions These results demonstrate the stimulating effect on proliferation of marrow cells and thymocytes is greater than that on skin fibroblasts under the same irradiation conditions. Skin fibroblasts are more inclined to be inhibited than bone marrow cells and thymocytes.
