摘　　要：目的:了解《医疗事故处理条例》(以下简称《条例》)实施后,医生对《条例》的认知和评价,以及由此对医疗行为产生的影响。方法:自行设计问卷,随机抽样100位医生进行调查。结果:57.9%的医生认为《条例》的鉴定程序较《医疗事故处理办法》(以下简称《办法》)合理;大部分被调查者认为《条例》公布后,工作压力加大,相应的自我保护意识和保护行为增加;调查结果与医院等级、职称、年龄、学历等因素有一定的关联。结论:医务人员应加强对《条例》的学习和正确理解,认真执行《条例》,积极改善医患关系。Objectives.To leam cognition and appraisal of doctors to Regulations on Malpractice,and its impact on medical behavior.Methods.We randonly investigated 100 doctors with the questionnaire.Results.57.9% doctors prefer the process of regulation in Regulations on Malpractice to the old.Most doctors thought that they had heavier work stress and increased consciousness of self-protection after the Regulations of malpractice is implemented.The results are influenced by hospital＇s grade,professional title,age,educational level and so on.Conclusins.The medical workers should seriously study,accurately understand and implement Regulations on Malpractice to actively improve relationship of doctor and patient.
