摘 要:目的研究不同动脉导管未闭介入治疗PDA后消除残余分流的机理。方法27只家猪,随机分为三组,建立人工PDA后,分别采用膜状双伞型支架、弹簧圈和自制的带阀门内支架(WYW支架)堵闭PDA。饲养不同的时间后处死动物,取出PDA两端的组织,应用透射电镜观察PDA两端所发生地组织学变化,从而揭示不同堵闭装置消除残余分流的机理。结果三种支架中WYW支架能刺激血管内皮细胞和纤维结缔组织快速生长,血管内皮细胞和纤维母细胞在较短的时间内快速生长,新生的纤维母细胞排列规则,而弹簧圈组层和膜状双伞型支架组血管内皮细胞和纤维母细胞生长速度较慢,排列紊乱。结论WYW支架可刺激血管内皮细胞和纤维结缔组织快速生长,完全覆盖在PDA的两端,从而达到彻底消除残余分流。To find out the mechanism of residual shunt elimination with different PDA ocdusional materials by electro-microscope. Methods Artifitial PDA had been established in 27 pigs which were divided into 3 groups at random. Patent arteries were occluded with Rashikind, Sprial coil and WYW stents respectively. The difference of the new growth tissue on two sides of the patent artery in 3 groups was observed in order to find out the mechanism of residual shunt elimination. Results WYW stent could stimulate the growth of endothelial cells and fibroconnective tissue faster than Rashikind stents and coil did. Conclusion WYW stent can stimulate the growth of endothdial cells and fibroconnective tissue to cover the two ends of patent artery completely and thus attain the purpose of elimination the residual shunt.
